of colored roulete chips with 1 color available to each player,
                                                roulette wheel, ball and marker.

Roulette goes back to France in the 1600's  and is one of the most popular games
throughout Europe and famous places such as Monte Carlo.  A European roulette
wheel has 36 numbers and a zero where an American style wheel also has a
                                                            double zero.

To play roulette, you place your bets on numbers inside the box of the layout or on
the outside boxes.  The dealer (Croupier) spins the wheel in one direction and the
ball in the opposite direction.  As the ball slows down and is about to drop into a
numbered slot on the wheel the dealer will announce "no more bets" and all players
are not allowed to place any additional bets. Once the ball has landed on a number
the dealer will place a marker on the winning number, collect all the bets that lost
and beging paying the winning bets.

Courtesy to the dealer.  Players should not collect their winnings or place bets
while the marker is still on the winning number and the dealer is paying the
                                                            winning bets.

Once the dealer removes the marker from the last winning number, the players
collect their winnings and place new bets.
